Background

In August 2022, Biological Carbon Canada provided a report to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau.

The report included stakeholder and member comments, concerns and recommendations related to the voluntary targets of the Government of Canada for the N2O emissions created by the agricultural farming industry, specifically from fertilizer use on Canadian farms.
